Hello! My name is Steffan and I have recently graduated in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am a qualified Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist. Additionally, I have a Breeze Academy Acupuncture and Dry Needling qualification. I have also gained my LUBAS Sports Trauma Management and WRU Immediate Care in Rugby qualifications. Alongside SE Soft Tissue Therapy, I also work as a Soft Tissue and Pitchside Therapist for Pontypool RFC in the WRU Championship League.
